Google 950 penalty

Most webmaster have heard about the 950 penalty and many others have suffered from it.

if you have a website that is ranking well in Google and suddenly you lose all your traffic and ranking for some pages or even the entire website, if your website drops to the last page in Google search results, if you lose approximately 950 places, then you are hit by the Google 950 Penalty.

Why my website gets hit by 950 penalty?

Nobody knows exactly, Google isn't saying anything, but we guess that the website does not follow Google webmaster guidelines and it is likely to be given automatically because it is wide scaled so I don't think this huge number of website is being penalized manually.

How to recover a website from a 950 penalty?
As we said earlier Google is a black box, they didn't say anything and we can do is to guess.
first of all you must check your website to see if it is in a bad neighborhood using this tool.

second your website must pass the w3c validator, if it didn't pass correct the errors in your html code and revalidate until you pass.

after that you should get some good quality links from good quality websites.

pagerank

PageRank is a numeric value that represents how important a page is on the web. Google figures that when one page links to another page, it is effectively casting a vote for the other page. The more votes that are cast for a page, the more important the page must be.
